Download & Install
The Supracontrol mobile app is installed from your device’s app store, the same way as any other app. Once installed, you connect it to your Supracontrol server to start monitoring.
Install the app

First launch
The first time you open the app it asks for a couple of permissions so it can work properly:
- Notifications - allow this so the server can alert you about alarms even when the app is closed. See Push notifications.
- Privacy policy - you’ll be asked to accept the privacy policy before you can reach the main app.
After that, the app opens the login screen so you can connect to your first server.
Next step
You’ll need a server address and account credentials, usually provided by your administrator or installer.
