One-Time Passwords (OTP)

Some accounts are protected with one-time-password (OTP) verification - a second step at login where you enter a short code from your authenticator app. This adds a layer of security on top of your username and password.

Logging in with OTP

Enter username and password

Sign in as usual. If OTP protection is active for your account, the app shows an OTP entry step instead of logging you straight in.

Enter the code

Open your authenticator app, read the current code, and type it into the OTP field. The app verifies it with the server and completes the login.

If OTP isn’t set up yet

If your account is required to use OTP but you haven’t configured it, the app shows an explanatory message and blocks login until OTP is set up. Contact your administrator if you’re unsure how to register your authenticator.

Note: OTP is configured on the Supracontrol server, not in the mobile app. The app only prompts for the code when the server says it’s required.
