About Device
The About page reports the controller’s identity - its model, firmware, and hardware details - along with Supracontrol support contacts. It is reached from the Menu flyout and is the place to check exactly what you are working with.
Device information

| Firmware | The installed firmware version. |
| Bootloader | The bootloader version. |
| Hardware | The hardware revision. |
| Serial number | The controller’s serial number. |
| MAC address | The controller’s network hardware address. |
| Device key | The unique key used to enrol the controller in the cloud. |
Note: Quote the firmware version and serial number from this page when contacting support - they identify your exact controller and build.
