Supported Models

A single firmware image runs the controller web interface across the whole Supracontrol controller range. The controller reports its model when the interface loads, and the interface adjusts which pages and options it shows. This article lists the models and the differences to expect.

How the interface adapts

The pages and options differ only in a few well-defined places; everything else is identical across models.

DifferenceApplies to
Card Reader and Lock pages hiddenEC50, BC100, BMC100, BMC250 - models without access-control hardware.
24 V lock output option hiddenDC50 and RMC100 - the Lock page omits the 24 V voltage option.
Card-reader protocol choicesThe protocols offered on the Card Reader page depend on the wiring channel’s capabilities (RS-485 / Wiegand).
Note: If a page described elsewhere in this documentation is missing on your controller, check this list first - it is almost always because the model does not carry that hardware.
