Navigation

Every page in the controller web interface shares the same navigation bar and footer. This article maps out where each control lives so the rest of the documentation can refer to them by name.

The navigation bar

The bar carries three items:

ItemOpens
DashboardThe controller’s live status overview.
SettingsThe configuration pages (opens on General).
MenuA flyout with the account and device-information pages.

Opening the bare IP address with no page redirects to the General settings page.

The Menu flyout

Selecting Menu slides out a short list:

EntryOpens
ProfileManage the administrator account and password.
Cloud ServiceConnect the controller to the Supracontrol Enterprise cloud.
AboutFirmware version, model, and hardware identity.
LogoutEnds the session and clears stored credentials.

The Settings menu

The Settings area lists the configuration pages down its own menu, in this order: General, Network, Gprs, GPIO, BUS devices, Card Reader, Lock, Maintenance.

The menu adapts to the controller model. On models without access-control hardware, Card Reader and Lock are hidden - see Supported Models for which models drop them.

Cloud status badge

The footer carries a cloud status badge that reflects the controller’s link to the cloud service. It refreshes automatically every few seconds:

ColourMeaning
GreenCloud service enabled and the cloud server is reachable.
RedCloud service enabled but the server cannot be reached.
GreyCloud service disabled on this controller.
Note: A red badge points to a connectivity problem - check the controller’s network and the Cloud Service settings.
