Export and Column Settings
Both the Alarms and Audit Logs tabs support exporting the current result set to PDF or Excel, and both tables let you control which columns are shown and in what order.
Exporting to PDF
Click the Export to PDF button in the toolbar to download a PDF of the current result set.
The PDF is generated as a landscape document and includes:
- A filter summary banner at the top describing every active filter (date range, location, alarm type, user, device, sensor, camera, value range, flagged state)
- A table of the visible columns and their values
Alarms tab PDF:
- All visible columns are included, except the Delivery column (always excluded from exports)
- The Video column value is translated to a readable label (Ready, Processing, Deleted, or Failed)
Audit Logs tab PDF:
- Only the first seven columns are exported. The Description column is excluded because of its length and HTML content.
The Export to PDF button is only enabled when the table has at least one row. Applying filters to narrow the result set before exporting will produce a PDF of the filtered records only.
Exporting to Excel
Click the Export to Excel button in the toolbar to download an Excel spreadsheet of the current result set.
The spreadsheet contains the same columns and data as the PDF export:
- Alarms tab: all visible columns except Delivery
- Audit Logs tab: the first seven columns; Description is excluded
The Export to Excel button is only enabled when the table has at least one row.
Customising table columns
Click the Column settings button (the sliders icon) in the toolbar to open the column settings dialog. The dialog lists all available columns for the active tab.
In the dialog you can:
- Show or hide columns by toggling the checkbox next to each column name
- Reorder columns by dragging a column to a new position
Some columns are mandatory and cannot be hidden - they are shown without a checkbox. Changes take effect immediately in the table.
Click Default in the dialog to reset the column visibility and order back to the original defaults.
