Notification Delivery Statistics

The Delivery Stats feature provides insight into how your notifications have been performing - how many were sent, through which channels, and whether deliveries succeeded or failed.

Path: Settings → Application Notifications → click Delivery Stats

Availability: The Delivery Stats button is only visible when the delivery statistics feature is enabled on your Supracontrol deployment. If you do not see the button, contact your system administrator.

Interpreting the data

ObservationLikely cause
High failure rate on a channelConfiguration problem - for example, expired SMTP credentials or an invalid recipient address
No deliveries on a channel where expectedThe channel may not be enabled on the notification, or the recipient list for that channel is empty
Unexpectedly high delivery volumesA sensor may be generating false alarms, or a notification trigger is too broad
Note: Delivery statistics show counts of sends initiated by Supracontrol. They do not guarantee that the recipient received or read the message - for example, an email may be delivered to a spam folder without appearing as a failure here.
